REG:yc:4/9/64-7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR A PUBLIC STREET ADJACENT <br />TO LOTS 5, 6, 7 AND 8, BLOCK 74, AND ADJACENT TO <br />LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 79, EASTERN ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, John Pellarin, Inc., is engaged in developing cer- <br />tain land situated in the City of Redwood City in Easter Addition <br />of Redwood City, a map of which subdivision was recorded November 3, <br />1862, in Volume 2, Miscellaneous Records, at page 85, in the <br />office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California; and <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 15.2 of Ordinance No. 600, <br />the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, require as a condition to the <br />issuing of a building permit, the improvements of the street from <br />which access to the parking spaces for a new structure is to be <br />secured or the execution of an agreement supported by a performance <br />bond; and <br />WHEREAS, John Pellarin, Inc., desires to enter into this <br />agreement in order to comply with said Section 15.2 of Ordinance <br />No. 600; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br />City and John Pellarin, Inc., on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
