0 R E S O L U T I O N N0. 8267 MSR:dp:3/29/79 ORIGINAL APR 2 1979 RESOLUTION ADOPTING PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN GID NO. 1-64 PROJECTS; AND APPROVING NO -ARBITRAGE CERTIFICATES, IN CONNECTION WITH GID NO. 1-64 FACILITIES BONDS, SERIES E AND RECLAMATION BONDS SERIES E WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed and desires to adopt, a proposed construction schedule submitted by the Director of Public Works, for the construction of certain Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 projects; and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed and desires to approve, certain no -arbitrage certificates prepared in accordance with Section 103(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and the proposed regulations promulgated thereunder, in connection with the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 Facilities Bonds, Series E, and Reclamation Bonds, Series E, respectively; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain proposed construction schedule for the construction of certain Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 projects, a copy of which is presently on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, to which reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the contents thereof, is hereby adopted. 2. Those certain no -arbitrage certificates prepared in accordance with Section 103(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and the proposed regulations promulgated thereunder, in connection with the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 Facilities Bonds, Series E, and Reclamation Bonds, Series E, respectively, copies of which are presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, are hereby approved.
