RES 0LUTI ON NO. 8257 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR REDWOOD CITY <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 - MUNICON <br />MSR:dp:3/26/79 <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 2 1979 <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />requires certain expert engineering services in connection with <br />determining equitable buy -in costs to be assessed Parkwood 101 <br />Associates for utilization of certain facilities installed by <br />said District including, but not limited to, water system facilities, <br />sewerage system facilities, streets, reclamation and park improve- <br />ments, serving District; and <br />WHEREAS, the District desires to engage MUNICON (Municipal <br />Consulting Services) to perform such services including, but not <br />limited to, preliminary informal review, engineering planning <br />investigations and engineering cost estimating; and <br />WHEREAS, MUNICON (Municipal Consulting Services) has represented <br />to the District that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to <br />perform all such services; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br />providing for the performance of said services by MUNICON (Municipal <br />Consulting Services); <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Engineering Study - <br />GID No. 1-64" (form dated 3/26/79), by and between Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 and MUNICON (Municipal <br />Consulting Services) providing for the performance of expert <br />engineering services in connection with determining equitable <br />buy -in costs to be assessed Parkwood 101 Associates for utilization <br />of certain facilities installed by District including, but not <br />9257 <br />
