MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETiNG <br /> <br /> August 26, 2002 <br /> MO RD 02-19 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 27, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Department <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Downtown Retail-Cinema Project - Selection of Consultant to <br /> Provide Land Acquisition and Other Related Real Estate <br /> Services; <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on August <br />26, 2002 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Jordan, Ruskin, Pieme, Hartnett, Ira, Howard, and Mayor Claire <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Howard/PierceApprove the agreement with Cutler & Associates to provide <br />consulting services for the Downtown Retail-Cinema Project with a budget not-to- <br />exceed $337,000 and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute the <br />agreement. The services will include property valuation, negotiations, fixtures <br />and equipment appraisals, tenant acquisition, loss of goodwill procedures, <br />escrow coordination, relocation coordination, and title clearance for the project. <br />Authorize inclusion of the Law Offices of Herman H. Fitzgerald on the <br />Redevelopment Agency eminent domain attorney panel. Approve the <br />agreement with the Law Offices of Herman H. Fitzgerald to provide eminent <br />domain counsel services for the Downtown Retail-Cinema Project and authorize <br />the Agency General Counsel to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Vice Mayor Ira to abstain. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
