This section shall be <br />renumbered to 25.1.25. <br />SECTION 2: <br /> <br /> Add new section 25.1.17 as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 25.1.17 SKATEBOARD FACILITIES OWNED OR OPERATED BY THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br /> <br /> (a) In any skateboard park or facility owned or operated by the City, any <br /> person riding a skateboard, in-line skates, or similar device shall wear a <br /> helmet, elbow pads and knee pads. <br /> <br /> (b) The Parks and Recreation Department shall cause a sign or signs to be <br /> posted at all such parks or facilities providing reasonable notice of <br /> subsection (a) of this section and stating that any person failing to comply <br /> with subsection (a) of this section shall be subject to citation. <br /> <br />F:AEy/Ord/Ord.153 1 <br />060302 <br /> <br /> <br />
