(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on January 28, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard, to: <br />1. Approve by motion and authorize the City Manager to purchase a pre -fabricated ADA <br />restroom facility for Red Morton Park in the amount of $226,357.00 from the Public Restroom <br />Company through a government cooperative purchasing program; and <br />2.
