Code § 27383 <br />This Deed Restriction, executed on ► ,,44. 1!1 , 2019, by Butler Realty III, LLC, a <br />California Limited Liability Company ("Developer") is made with reference to the following <br />facts: <br />RECITALS <br />A. Developer is the owner of certain real property commonly known as 1629 Main <br />Street and 23 Spruce Street (APN 053-341-120) as more particularly described on Exhibit <br />A attached hereto (the "Property"). <br />B. Following an application submitted to the City of Redwood City ("City"), on <br />August 16, 2016, by Resolution No. 16-I1, the Planning Commission of the City approved a <br />Vesting Tentative Parcel Map and Architectural Permit (the "Project Approvals") for <br />construction of a four-story, 37,207 square -foot mixed use building for office use and two (2) <br />apartments with associated surface and structured parking located at the Property (the "Project"). <br />C. The Project Approvals include Conditions of Approval requiring the recordation <br />of a deed restriction on the Property requiring the apartments to remain residential units for the <br />life of the Project.
