<br />CGM:dp:2/27/75 <br />CGM:sh:4/l7/75:R <br /> <br />ORIGiNAL <br />APR 28 1975 <br /> <br />0 R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />NO.li3.]. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.99 OF ARTICLE VII <br />OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, RELATING TO ANGLE PARKING ON BROADWAY, AND <br />WINSLOW STREET IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />Section 20.99 of Article VII of Chapter 20 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 20.99. <br /> <br />In accordance with Section 20.85, <br /> <br />and when signs or markings are in place giving notice <br /> <br />thereof, drivers of vehicles may stand or park a vehicle <br /> <br />only as indicated by such marks or signs on the following <br /> <br />streets or portions thereof: <br /> <br />"(a) <br /> <br />Angle parking to the curb: <br /> <br />both sides of Broadway between Marshall <br />Street and 230 feet east of Jefferson <br />Avenue, and between Main Street and <br />300 feet east of Main Street. <br /> <br />" (b) <br /> <br />Angle parking to the curb: <br /> <br />both sides of Hamilton Street between <br />Theatre Street and Marshall Street. <br /> <br />"(c) <br /> <br />Angle parking in the center portion: <br /> <br />Fox Court West, westerly of the inter- <br />section thereof with Carlos Avenue. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1631 <br />
