0 R I q I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13812 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13298 ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN <br />FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO <br />ADD THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR SENIOR LIBRARY <br />OUTREACH SPECIALIST <br />1/24/00 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13298 entitled, 'Resolution <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications (SEIU <br />Unit) ", adopted March 23, 1998, is hereby amended by adding to the list of <br />employee positions therein contained the position of Senior Library Outreach <br />Specialist. <br />2. Exhibit B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 13298 is hereby amended <br />by adding thereto the salary schedule for the position of Senior Library Outreach <br />Specialist as set forth in Exhibit "B-4 ", attached hereto, and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br />3.
