<br />MSR: sg: 1/31/74 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />NO. 1594 <br /> <br />FfS 2S '74 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $110,000.00 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND TO FEDERAL <br />REVENUE SHARING FUND FOR RECREATION: AND REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1590 <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars <br /> <br />($ll0,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund to the appropriation for <br /> <br />Recreation, Federal Revenue Sharing Fund. Said sum shall be <br /> <br />for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1973-June 30, <br /> <br />1974, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1973-June 30, 1974. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 1590, entitled "Ordinance <br /> <br />Appropriating $110,000.00 From Unappropriated Balance of Federal <br /> <br />Revenue Sharing Fund To Provide For Certain Real Property To Be <br /> <br />Used For park purposes", adopted January 21, 1974, is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
