<br />DES.ek 2/11/72 <br /> <br />OPI~INAL <br />FElJ 28 '" <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />~~C <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $17,200 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO PROVIDE FOR PURCHASE OF <br />SUPPLIES AND OTHER SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />PUBLIC WORKS, SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT ACTIVITY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of seventeen thousand two hundred <br /> <br />dollars ($17,20~ is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Sewer Fund to provide for the purchase of supplies <br /> <br />and other services for the Department of Public Works, Sewage <br /> <br />Treatment Plant Activity. Said sum shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972, and shall <br /> <br />be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
