' <br />1 "111~11L. <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. /<;/$/ <br /> <br />AllR l3 '~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $120,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SEWER FUND, AND APPROPRIATING $30,000 FROM <br />UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS REVOLVING <br />FUND, AS A LOAN TO THE WATER FUND FOR PURPOSE OF PROVIDING <br />FOR ACQUISITION OF FRIENDLY ACRES WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred twenty thousand dollars <br /> <br />($120,000) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Sewer Fund to the Water Fund, and the sum of thirty <br /> <br />thousand dollars ($30,000) is hereby appropriated from the <br /> <br />unappropriated balance of the Special Assessments Revolving <br /> <br />Fund to the Water Fund, to provide for the costs of acquisition <br /> <br />of those certain water utility facilities commonly known as <br /> <br />the Friendly Acres Water system, and costs relating and <br /> <br />incidental thereto. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The appropriations provided for in section 1 <br /> <br />hereof shall constitute a loan from the Sewer Fund and from <br /> <br />the Special Assessments Revolving Fund, respectively, to the <br /> <br />Water Fund, and shall be repaid from said W~ter Fund to the <br /> <br />sewer Fund and the Special Assessments Revolving Fund. The <br /> <br />City Auditor-Accountant is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />make such repayments as soon as sufficient funds exist in said <br /> <br />\'later Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
