'l'he sum of five hundred seventy-eight, three <br /> <br />hundred ninety-two dollars ($578,392) is hereby appropriated <br /> <br />from the unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund, and the sum <br /> <br />of ninety thousand, one hundred eighty~three and 40/100 dollars <br /> <br />($90,183.40) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated bal- <br /> <br />ance of the 1958 Sewer Bond Construction Fund, to provide financing <br /> <br />of the acquisition, construction, completion and operation of <br /> <br />sanitary sewerage f~cilities, including collection facilities, <br /> <br />sewerage lines and mains, interceptor and outfall lines, and <br /> <br />plants and facilities for the treatment and disposal of sewage, <br /> <br />being a joint venture of the cities of Belmont, San Carlos and <br /> <br />Redwood City under the Joint Powers Authority for the Strategic <br /> <br />Consolidation Sewerage Plan. Said sum shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and shall be <br /> <br />in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes durir] <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
