<br />DES.ek 3/7/69 <br /> <br />ORIGiNAL <br /> <br />ORD,!NANCE <br /> <br />N o. /:3'1 , <br /> <br />:.;.4E 1 '2 . f/,~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,100 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />TO PROVIDE FOR SAFETY LIGHTING FACILITIES ON WOODSIDE <br />ROAD (STATE HIGHWAY 114) <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of four thousand one hundred dollars <br /> <br />($4,100) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund for the purpose <br /> <br />of providing for the installation of safety lighting at the <br /> <br />intersections of Woodside Road with Sequoia Avenue, Orchard <br /> <br />Avenue, Gordon Street and Hess Road. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
