<br />JHT.ek 1/24/69 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />I~K7 <br /> <br />O/?/G!NAL <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,500 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND TO PROVIDE FOR <br />PURCHASE OF DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS VEHICLE <br /> <br />J'J;B3 Os <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of two thousand five hundred dollars <br /> <br />($2,500) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Equipment Replacement Fund to provide for the purchase <br /> <br />of a four-door sedan automobile to be used for municipal pur- <br /> <br />poses by the Department of Public Works. Said sum shall be <br /> <br />for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, <br /> <br />1969, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for <br /> <br />such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, <br /> <br />1969. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br /> <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
