Section 2.41.8 is hereby added to the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 2.41. 8. A special fund designated <br /> <br />IDowntown Parking and Business Improvement Area Fundi <br /> <br />is hereby established. All moneys collected or received <br /> <br />from the additional levy of the business license tax <br /> <br />imposed pursuant to any ordinance, or amendment thereof, <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, establishing a Downtown <br /> <br />Parking and Business Improvement Area within the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City in accordance with Part 5 of Division <br /> <br />18 (commencing with Section 36000) of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code of the State of California, shall be <br /> <br />deposited in such fund and shall be expended solely <br /> <br />for the purposes set forth in the ordinance establishing <br /> <br />such area." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
