NAN C E NO. / j'1'f <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29.23 OF CHAPTER 29 OF <br />THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO <br />CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 29.23 of Chapter 29 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 29.23 <br /> <br />When the removal of a tree in a <br /> <br />parkway necessitates the repair or replacement of curb <br /> <br />gutter and/or sidewalk at any location, it shall become <br /> <br />the due responsibility of the person or persons causing <br /> <br />the removal to be made to repair or replace the curb, <br />gutter and/or sidewalk to the original grade line." <br />SECTION 2.
