I" ~? <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.35 <br />OF CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO BUOYS, <br />MARl<ERS, AND OBSTRUCTIONS IN THE <br />REDWOOD CITY MARINE HARBOR <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 25.35 of Chapter 25 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 25.35 <br /> <br />No wharf, pier, landing, bulkhead or <br /> <br />any other structure of a permanent nature may be built or <br /> <br />constructed in the harbor without written permission of the <br /> <br />City Council; nor shall any buoy, marker, or obstruction of <br /> <br />any kind, whether temporary or permanent, be placed in the <br /> <br />harbor without written permission of the City Manager except <br /> <br />for such buoys, markers, or obstructions that may be placed <br /> <br />by or under direction of the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />United States Coast Guard, or the United States Corps of <br /> <br />Engineers. .. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
