<br />REG.ek 2/28/66-7 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $98,933.30 FROM MONEYS <br />DEPOSITED IN SPECIAL DEPOSITS FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND PER- <br />FORMING OTHER GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS IN CONNECTION <br />WITH KAISER HOSPITAL SITE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of ninety eight thousand nine hundred <br /> <br />thirty-three and 30/100 dollars ($98,933.30) is hereby appro- <br /> <br />priated from moneys received from Kaiser Foundation Hospitals <br /> <br />and deposited in the Special Deposits Fund to meet Kaiser <br /> <br />Foundation Hospitals' obligations created pursuant to that <br /> <br />certain agreement dated December 21, 1964, for the purpose <br /> <br />of constructing public improvements and performing other <br /> <br />governmental functions in connection with the Kaiser Hospital <br /> <br />site located in the vicinity of Veterans Boulevard and <br /> <br />Steinberger Street, all as required by the abovementioned <br /> <br />agreement. said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal <br /> <br />year July 1, 1965-June 30, 1966, and shall be in addition to <br /> <br />all sums appropriated for such purpose during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1965-June 30, 1966. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
