<br />REG:yc:3/22/65-7 <br /> <br />ORD.!.NAN.f.E <br /> <br />N 0;. <br /> <br />1_~=9 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 7 , 000 FROl1 UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF THE SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO <br />STREETS (ACCOUNT NO. 57-630) FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />PAYING A PORTION OF THE COST OF SIGNALIZATION OF THE <br />INTERSECTION OF EL CAMINO REAL AND CENTER STREET <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Seven Thousand Dollars is hereby <br /> <br />appropriated from the unappropria.ted balance of the Sales rrax <br /> <br />Capital outlay Fund to Streets (Account No. 57-630) for the <br /> <br />purpose of paying a portion of the cost of signalization of <br /> <br />.the intersection of El Camino Real and Center Street. Said sum <br /> <br />shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July I, 1964 _ <br /> <br />June 30, 1965, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1964 - June 30, <br /> <br />1965. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
