<br />(.!1~! <br /> <br />llliG:yc:5/29/64-7 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />AN ORD INANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN <br />UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED <br />"OAK KL\fOLL ANNEXATION NO. l, It AND <br />HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING <br />SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF <br />REDvWOD CITY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the 20th day of April, 1964, the Council of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 4269, giving <br /> <br />notice of, and declaring its intention to, initiate upon its <br /> <br />own motion proceedings to annex to the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />all of the territory designated as "Oak Knoll Annexation No. <br /> <br />lit . <br />, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing, and <br /> <br />finds, that the proposal to annex said territory, with descrip- <br /> <br />tions, was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission and <br /> <br />the Boundary Commission of the County of San Mateo and that <br /> <br />said commissions have prepared or caused to be prepared a <br /> <br />report on said annexation, and that said commissions have <br /> <br />approved the annexation and its boundaries as required by law; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has further received evidence showing, <br /> <br />and has found, and again finds: <br /> <br />(l) That said territory is situate ll.~ediately adjacent to <br />
