<br />REG:yc:l/20/64-7 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E NO. 1131 <br />--------- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16.3 <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY RELATING TO THE LIBRARY FUND <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 16.3 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 16.3 <br /> <br />A special fund to be known as the <br /> <br />Library Fund is hereby created. All monies received from <br /> <br />the special levy for the maintenance and support of the <br /> <br />library system and all revenue received from fines and fees <br /> <br />imposed by the Library Board or arising out of the adminis- <br /> <br />tration of the library system shall be deposited in the <br /> <br />Library Fund. All monies in such fund shall be used for <br /> <br />the purposes set forth in Section 19 of the Charter and in <br /> <br />Section 27301, et seq., of the Education Code." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
