<br />MJP:djm 01/02/90 (014/#27) <br />FEB - 5 1990 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />11221 <br /> <br />Cr'" ..: ;':; i":: r <br />, ;. iI..:'1l i \ J-h" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />1989-90 SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE PROGRAM; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for 1989-90 Sidewalk Repair and Tree <br /> <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specification for 1989-90 Sidewalk Repair and Tree Program" <br /> <br />prepared by the City Department of Community Development, <br /> <br />Engineering Division and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
