<br />DAS:mwn 1/17/89 (#23/065) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.10971 <br /> <br />JAN 231989 <br />OF <br />OF <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CITY <br />REDWOOD CITY'S UTILITIES TELEMETRY SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />requires <br /> <br />expert <br /> <br />engineering services to perform requirements analysis and <br /> <br />predesign for the City's utilities telemetry system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, E.M.A. Services, Inc. represents that it is <br /> <br />qualified to furnish such analysis and predesign services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />E. M. A. Services, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "For Engineering Services <br /> <br />For Telemetry System Analysis - Redwood City, California" (form <br /> <br />dated 1/17/89) by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and E.M.A. <br /> <br />Services, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />furnishing <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />expert <br /> <br />requirements analysis and predesign services for the City's <br /> <br />utilities telemetry system, a copy of which agreement is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10971 <br />
