<br />DAS:~~ 1/17/89 (#23/064) <br /> <br />10969 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 2 3 1989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING HISTORIC LANDMARKS ELEMENT OF THE <br />GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XI (commencing with Section <br /> <br />18.60) of Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />Planning Commission reviewed proposed amendments to the Historic <br /> <br />Landmarks Element of the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following public hearing on January 3, 1989, the <br /> <br />Planning Commission recommended that this Council amend the <br /> <br />Historic Landmarks Element by adoption of that certain document <br /> <br />entitled "Redwood City - Historic Landmarks Element - of the <br /> <br />General Plan - as Amended" ("Amendment"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing, this Council <br /> <br />desires to approve the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br /> <br />and amend the Historic Landmarks Element of the General Plan by <br /> <br />adoption of the Amendment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council, after public hearing duly set, noticed and <br /> <br />held, does hereby amend the Historic Landmarks Element of the <br />General Plan of the City of Redwood City by adopting the contents <br /> <br />of that certain document entitled "Redwood City <br /> <br />Historic <br /> <br />Landmarks Element - of the General Plan - as Amended". <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10969 <br />
