<br />DAS:~ry 01/11/89 (#23/061) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />N o. 1JL.9.1t8 JAN 2 :5 1 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OR PART THEREOF 989 <br />IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY COMMONLY KNOWN AS UNION <br />CEMETERY AS A HISTORIC SITE <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City the Historic Resources <br /> <br />Advisory Committee presented an application, (and documents in <br /> <br />support of said application), to the Planning Commission <br /> <br />requesting the designation of the hereinafter described parcel or <br /> <br />part thereof as a historic site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon reviewing said <br /> <br />application and documents, and upon the testimony received at its <br /> <br />noticed public hearing held upon said Committee's requested <br /> <br />designation, has recommended that the following parcel or part <br /> <br />thereof be designated as a historic site: <br /> <br />The Union Cemetery (APN 053-301-010); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council, upon consideration of the documents, <br /> <br />referenced in Exhibit "A", (attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference), <br /> <br />the recommendation of the Planning <br /> <br />Commission, and testimony received at the Council's noticed <br /> <br />public hearing upon said requested designation, does hereby <br /> <br />designate that parcel or part thereof shown on Exhibit II A" as a <br /> <br />historic site. <br /> <br />10968 <br />
