<br />DAS:mw~ 1/12/89 (#23/063) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 967 <br /> <br />ORIGl;;~L <br /> <br />JAN 2 3 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OR PART THEREOF <br />IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY COMMONLY KNOWN AS SEQUOIA <br />UNION HIGH SCHOOL AS A HISTORIC SITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City the Historic Resources <br /> <br />Advisory Committee ("Committee") presented an application, (and a <br /> <br />report in support of said application), to the Planning <br /> <br />Commission requesting <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />designation of the <br /> <br />hereinafter <br /> <br />described parcel or part thereof as a historic site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon reviewing said <br /> <br />application and report, and upon the testimony rece:i,ved at its <br /> <br />noticed public hearing held upon said Committee's requested <br /> <br />designation, has recommended that the following parcel or part <br /> <br />thereof be designated as a historic site: <br /> <br />The Sequoia Union High School Campus (APN 052-201-010); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />This Council, <br /> <br />upon consideration of the report <br /> <br />referenced in Exhibit "A", (attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference), <br /> <br />the recommendation of the Planning <br /> <br />Commission, and testimony received at the Council's noticed <br /> <br />public hearing upon said requested designation, does hereby <br /> <br />10967 <br />
