- 0 R I G I N A L 1/11/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13539 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> WAGE PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF POLICE SERGEANT; <br /> AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12621 AND ANY AND <br /> ALL AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Effective with the first pay period beginning on or after September <br />1, 1998, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates <br />thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, are hereby established for the employee position within the <br />employment classification of Police Sergeant as set forth in Exhibit A for the <br />designated steps thereof for the period September 1, 1998 to and including <br />August 31,2001. <br /> <br /> 2. Employees granted part-time appointments to the position in the <br />employment classification of Police Sergeant as set forth in Exhibit A shall be <br />compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in <br />said Exhibit for the period therein designated. <br /> <br /> 3. Resolution No. 12621 entitled, "Resolution Establishing a Salary <br />Schedule and Wage Plan for the Position of Police Sergeant", adopted October <br />30, 1995, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> 4.
