--, O R I G I N A L - 1/11/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13537 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE GOODWIN AVENUE SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT <br /> PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Goodwin Avenue Sewer Main <br />Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Goodwin Avenue Sewer Main Replacement Project - City of Redwood City, <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
