<br />DAS:nik <br />DAS jk <br /> <br />02/03/88 (#21) <br />02/08/88R <br /> <br />FEB 8 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 71 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />PLYMOUTH TRACT SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; REMOVING NON-ACCESS <br />RESTRICTION ON SYCAMORE COURT; CONDITIONALLY APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of Plymouth Tract subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by Sandis & Associates for <br /> <br />Plymouth Partners, Inc., owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Plymouth Tract" wherein Owners, in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all improvements required of Owners under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, within the time therein specified, the <br />amount of said security to be One Hundred Ninety-seven <br />Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($197,000.00); and shall also <br />furnish to City and file with the City Clerk, a good and <br />sufficient security in a form subject to the approval of the <br /> <br />1 0 71 7 <br />
