<br />DAS:sp 1/27/87 (#18) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 1. 041 4 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 2 6 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM - 1987 <br />VIDEO TAPING INSPECTION SERVICES FOR SEAPORT CENTRE I; <br />REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City of Redwood City Ordinance Section <br /> <br />2.65, the City Manager authorized Tri-State Engineering Company <br /> <br />to solicit written bids without public advertisement for video <br /> <br />taping inspection services for Seaport Centre Unit I; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, bids were received <br /> <br />for the performance for said work; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Professional Services Group, Inc., Burlingame, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to award bid to said <br /> <br />Professional Services Group, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Professional Services Group, Inc. in the sum <br /> <br />of Eleven Thousand Thirty-two and 50/100 Dollars ($11,032.50), <br /> <br />computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated January 12, <br /> <br />1987 for Sewer System - 1987 Video taping inspection services for <br /> <br />Seaport Centre I, is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby <br /> <br />found and declared to be the lowest bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and to execute that certain agreement entitled, <br /> <br />"Agreement" by and on behalf of the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Professional Services Group, Inc., for the performance of said <br /> <br />-'1 .f) ,q 1 4 <br />U'-:t' <br />
