<br />SWC:s~ 1/13/87 (#18) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 1,06 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br />JAN 20 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND BIDDING <br />DOCUMENTS FOR WEED ABATEMENT BY SPRAYING AND DISKING <br />1986-87 AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City Code Chapter 14 provides for a <br /> <br />procedure for the abatement of undesirable vegetation, rubbish <br /> <br />and rank growth in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to accomplish said weed abatement program <br /> <br />wi thin the City, it is necessary and desirable that certain <br /> <br />spraying and disking work be performed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, specifications and bidding documents for spraying <br /> <br />and disking have been prepared by the Fire Department; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br /> <br />and General Requirements to Bidders <br /> <br />Weed Eradication by <br /> <br />Spraying and Disking - 1986-87 Redwood City, California" a copy <br /> <br />of which specifications is presently on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Fire Department, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
