<br />SWC:sp 1/9/87 (#18) <br /> <br />ORlGfNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10396 <br /> <br />JAN 1 :"'1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN LANDS <br />IN THE VICINITY OF JEFFERSON AVENUE AND SEMINOLE WAY <br />FROM "PUBLIC FACILITY" TO "LOW-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a proposal <br /> <br />to amend the General Plan to change the designation of certain <br /> <br />lands in the vicinity of Jefferson Avenue and Seminole Way, as <br /> <br />specified in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference, from "Public Facility" to "Low-Density <br /> <br />Residential"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said proposed amendment has been duly reviewed by <br /> <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City, and <br /> <br />forwarded by <br /> <br />said Commission to this <br /> <br />Council with the <br /> <br />recommendation that the proposed amendment be adopted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and <br /> <br />held, desires to amend the General Plan in the manner proposed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain proposed amendment to the General Plan of the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City revising the designation of certain lands <br /> <br />shown on Exhib it <br /> <br />"A" <br /> <br />hereof <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />"Public Facility" <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />"Low-Density Residential" is hereby approved as set forth in said <br /> <br />Exhibit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />n ,~':96 <br />
