<br />SWC:sh <br /> <br />1/2/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 III <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 6 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF A WHEEL LOADER, SIX 2~ TON CAB AND <br />CHASSIS TRUCKS, ONE CARGO VAN TRUCK, ONE ROOT CUTTER <br />TRENCHER, ONE PICKUP TRUCK AND THREE AIR COMPRESSORS; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain bid documents and specifications for the <br /> <br />purchase of a wheel loader, six 2~ ton cab and chassis trucks, <br /> <br />one cargo van truck, one root cutter trencher, one pickup truck <br /> <br />and three air compressors have been presented to this Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those bid documents and specifications prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the Director of General Services, and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, entitled as hereinafter set forth, are <br /> <br />hereby approved: <br /> <br />a. "City of Redwood City - Specifications for a Wheel <br /> <br />Loader - December 19, 1985" <br /> <br />b. "City of Redwood City - Specifications for Six 2~ <br /> <br />Ton Cab and Chassis Trucks" <br /> <br />c. "City of Redwood City - Cargo Van Truck" <br /> <br />d.
