- ORIGINAL- <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> for <br /> <br /> AIDS CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (ELLIPSE PENINSULA AIDS SERVICES) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~'t~ day of <br /> <br /> . . _ , 1998, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, (City), and ELLIPSE PENINSULA AIDS <br />SERVICES, a California nonprofit corporation (Contractor); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor conducts An AIDS case management program for <br />persons who reside in the City (the Program); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the <br />Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1998, and ending <br />June 30, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor <br />the sum of Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred and Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($9,850.00) from <br />its Community Development Block Grant funds for the Program; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the paffles hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of of Nine <br />Thousand, Eight Hundred and Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($9,850.00) for exclusive use by <br />Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, <br />solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br />Agmt-Ellipse <br />PS 98-004 <br /> <br /> <br />
