ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> for <br /> <br /> AIDS CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (ELLIPSE PENINSULA AIDS SERVICES) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~x"C~day of <br />(~c2~_n-x~, 1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, (City), and ELLIPSE PENINSULA <br /> AIDS SERVICES, a California nonprofit corporation (Contractor); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor conducts An AlDS case management program for <br /> persons who reside in the City (the Program); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br /> <br /> the Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1999, and <br /> ending June 30, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor <br /> <br /> the sum of Ten Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) from its Community <br /> Development Block Grant funds for the Program; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of of Ten <br /> Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the <br /> fiscal year commencing July 1, 1999, and ending June 30, 2000, solely for the purposes <br /> described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br /> 10/15/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
