- ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> For <br /> <br /> HOUSING REVITALIZATION PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES CENTER,) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and catered into this~day of ~/~_~ , <br />1998, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, (City) and the NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD <br />SERVICES CENTER, a California nonprofit corporation (Contractor); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor conducts a housing revitalization program for residents of the <br />City (the Program); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the <br />Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1998, and ending <br />June 30, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor <br />the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) from its Community Development Block <br />Grant funds for the Program; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Twenty <br />Thousand Dollars ($20,000) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year <br />commencing July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, solely for the purposes described in <br />paragraph 2. <br /> <br />Agmt-North Peninsula <br />98-H-002 <br />8/14/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
