0 R I G I N A L 1/26/98 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13278 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER NETWORK SERVICES <br /> <br /> (SOUTH BAYSlDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Computer Network <br />Services" (form dated 01/16/98R), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and the South Bayside System <br />Authority, a public entity, for the performance by City of computer network <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> Reso-349 <br /> DES:djk <br /> F\Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 01/16/98 13278 <br /> <br /> <br />
