0 R I G I N A L 1/26/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13277 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF LETTER AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY <br /> SERVICES FOR MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE <br /> REFUNDING BONDS <br /> <br /> (WILLIAM EUPHRAT MUNICIPAL FINANCE, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter agreement dated October 10, 1997, by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />William Euphrat Municipal Finance, Inc., for the performance of financial advisory <br />services, a copy of which letter agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-351 <br /> DES:djk <br /> F\Shared/Redwood/Council [ 3 2 7 7 <br /> 01/20/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
