<br />C~H:rb 2/02/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9516 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEB 6 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR <br />WEED ABATEMENT BY DISKING - 1983-84; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City Code Chapter 14 provides for a proce- <br /> <br />dure for the abatement of undesirable vegetation, rubbish, and <br /> <br />rank growth in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to accomplish said weed abatement program <br /> <br />within the City, it is necessary and desirable that certain <br /> <br />disking work be performed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, specifications for disking work have been prepared <br /> <br />by the Director of Public Works; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br /> <br />and General Requirements to Bidders for Weed Eradication - <br /> <br />Disking - 1983-84 in the City of Redwood City, California," a <br /> <br />copy of which specifications is presently on file in the office <br /> <br />of the Department of Public Works, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
