<br />SWC:mf 1/12/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9289 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 1 7 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE SEAPORT <br />BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has agreed to provide <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to Concurrent Resolution No.9 2R ~nd RD 83-01, <br /> <br />contract administration on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, for the Seaport Boulevard reconstruction <br /> <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain engineering services are required with <br /> <br />respect to said reconstruction project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, BRIAN, KANGAS, FOULK and ASSOCIATES has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is qualified and willing to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and BRIAN, KANGAS, FOULK <br /> <br />and ASSOCIATES, for the performance of the aforesaid engineering <br /> <br />services, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Engineering <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 1/11/83) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />9289 <br />
