<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2307 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE REDWOOD <br />CITY MUNICIPAL CODE "ADMINISTRATION" AND ARTICLE I OF <br />CHAPTER 25 OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE "PARKS AND <br />RECREATION AREAS" <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Article Nine (Boards and Commissions) of Chapter 2 (Administration) of <br />the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby modified by amending Section 2.104 as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 2.1 04. DESIGNATED: Reference is made to the following boards and commissions <br />established by this Code or by other action of the Council: <br /> <br />A. Section 2.110, et seq., Civic Cultural Commission. <br />B. Section 2.120, et seq., Board of Building Review. <br />C. Section 23.13, et seq., Personnel Board. <br />D. Section 25.3.01, et seq., Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Commission. <br />E. Ordinanc e No. 1130, Architectural Committee. (Ord. No. 1288,92; Ord. No. 1494,9 <br />1, 6-14-71)" <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Article One (Parks) of Chapter 25 (Parks and Recreation Areas) <br />of the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby amended in its entirety to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Art. I. PARKS, ~~ 25.1 - 25.4.11 <br /> <br />Div.1. IN GENERAL, ~~ 25.1 - 25.2.06 <br /> <br />Div.2.
