Transfer the Metropolitan Transportation Commission Housing <br />Improvement Program (MTC/HIP) Grant of $387,900 from the Post <br />Office Paseo Project (#803-71243) to a new capital project: "EI <br />Camino Real Grand Boulevard Improvement Project" (#803-72013). <br />2. Appropriate an additional $113,147 from available RDA General <br />Fund "Working Capital Balance" for the "EL Camino Real Grand <br />Boulevard Improvement Project" (#803-72013). <br />3. Appropriate $75,000 from available RDA General Fund "Working <br />Capital Balance" for a new capital project: "Transit Connectivity <br />Project" (#803-72023). <br />
