<br />CGN:djg-c 8/13/81 <br /> <br />9 038 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 25 1982 <br /> <br />H E SOL UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~PPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR LEVEE <br />HAINTENANCE PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for a levee maintenance project in the <br /> <br />Redwood Shores area of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the perform- <br /> <br />ance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Exterior Leve~ <br /> <br />Maintenance Project" and those certain plans entitled "Exterior <br /> <br />Levee Maintenance Project" on file in the office of the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement <br /> <br />to be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set <br /> <br />forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9038 <br />
