-- 0 R I G I N A L - 2/10/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12999 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY WIDENING PROJECT - <br /> PHASE I; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Redwood Shores Parkway <br /> Widening Project - Phase I, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br /> and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> Redwood Shores Parkway Widening Project - Phase I - City of Redwood City, <br /> California", prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk and Community Development <br /> Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> the office the of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
