OKI aI1.1AL <br />R E S O L U T 1 0 N N O. 14113 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR DEMOLITION OF CITY - <br />OWNED BUILDING LOCATED AT 909 SECOND AVENUE; <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br />WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14081, adopted November 13, <br />2000, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the demolition of a city -owned <br />building located at 909 Second Avenue (former Fire Station No. 11), Redwood <br />City, California; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, seven bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, CST Environmental, Inc. of San Leandro, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />award said bid to CST Environmental, Inc.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
