RESOLUTION NO. P- 2400 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING NAME CHANGE BY UNIVAR <br />USA, INC. <br />(Univar USA, Inc.) <br />WHEREAS, the Port of Redwood City ("Port") and Pressure Vessel <br />Service, Inc. entered into a lease agreement dated July 1, 1994 (the "Lease <br />Agreement") and approved by the Board of Port Commissioners by Ordinance <br />No. P-160; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lease Agreement was assigned from Pressure Vessel <br />Service, Inc. to Basic Chemical Solutions, LLC on January 9, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, The Lease Agreement was thereafter assigned by Basic <br />Chemical Solutions, LLC to Univar USA, Inc. on June 22, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, Univar USA, Inc. is changing its name to Univar Solutions <br />USA, Inc. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. This Board hereby approves the name change from Univar USA, <br />Inc. to Univar Solutions USA, Inc. <br />2. All other terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement shall remain <br />the same and shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3.
