0RIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13831 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING <br />SERVICES <br />(SUSAN B. MERRILL, CPA) <br />13831 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional accounting <br />services for the Financial Management Services Division (the 'Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, Susan B. Merrill, CPA of Visalia, California, represents that <br />she is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br />services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Professional Accounting <br />Services' (form dated 02/07/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and Susan B. Merrill, CPA of <br />Visalia, California, for the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br />Reso -635 <br />G:\shared \redwood\council <br />DES:djk <br />02/07/00 <br />
