O R I r I I A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14126 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE LAGOON DISCHARGE FACILITY III OUTFALL REPAIR; <br />AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Lagoon Discharge Facility III <br />Outfall Repair project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Lagoon Discharge Facility III Outfall Repair - City of Redwood City, California <br />94063 ", prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/ <br />Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the <br />office the of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
