RESOLUTION NO. 19-16 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AN ARCHITECTURAL PERMIT <br />(AP2019-067), CONDOMINIUM PERMIT (CP2019-005), PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (PD2019-006), AND TENTATIVE MAP <br />(TM2019-004) TO MERGE TWO PARCELS INTO A SINGLE <br />DEVELOPABLE LOT AND CONSTRUCT 10 THREE-STORY, FOR - <br />SALE RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUMS AT 910 WOODSIDE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant, Valera Fooksman, submitted a request for a <br />Tentative Map to merge two parcels into a single developable lot, and Condominium <br />Permit and Planned Development Permit to construct 10 three-story, for- sale <br />residential condominiums at 910 Woodside Road (the Project) which is within the Mixed <br />Use - Neighborhood zoning designation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City is <br />empowered by the Redwood City Municipal Code to act upon applications for Planned <br />Development Permits, Condominium Permits, Tentative Maps, and Architectural <br />Permits for a project area of less than one acre; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 5, 2019, a public hearing notice was published in the <br />San Mateo Daily Journal and mailed to interested parties and all property owners <br />within 300 feet of the Property; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 15, 2019, the Commission held a duly noticed public <br />hearing, in accordance with all applicable requirements of the Redwood City Zoning <br />Ordinance, to consider the Project; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 15, 2019, all interested parties were given the <br />opportunity to participate in the public hearing by providing oral testimony and/or <br />submitting written comments; and <br />WHEREAS, at the October 15, 2019, public hearing, the Commission fully <br />reviewed, considered, and evaluated the staff report, oral and written public testimony, <br />and all other documents and evidence in the public record; and <br />WHEREAS, at the October 15, 2019, public hearing, the Planning Commission <br />considered the Redwood City General Plan EIR (Clearinghouse #2010052034), staff <br />reports, oral and written, and testimony and materials presented by all those wishing to <br />be heard on this Project at the noticed public hearing on this matter; and <br />Page 1 of 26 <br />ATTY/RESO.0098/PC RESO 910 WOODSIDE ROAD <br />REV: 10-09-19 PR <br />
